United Auction Co. provides an interactive website it our clients that allows them to review and
research all properties going up for auction at the Trustee Sale as well as the ability to place their
bids right through the site. During the initial consultation our potential clients will see the features of

Trustee Sale Report- Our system compiles data from numerous sites that provide our clients with the
most current information on properties going to sale including current liens.
Research- We provide our clients with a research engine that allows them to research such items as
satellite property views, demographics, and all sales comparables.
Online Bid Placement- Once our clients know the maximum bid they are willing to pay for a property
they can enter it through the website. All bids are time stamped as our site is a first come first serve
entity. Whoever submits their bid first will have first priority to the home.
Follow Live- United Auction Co. is the only service provider that allows clients to follow the auction live
through our Current Bid feature as well as a live audio!
