United Auction Company (UAC) is a Las Vegas based bidding services company established to assist our clients with purchasing homes at the Trustee Sale. United Auction Co. is one of six business entities under the United AMS umbrella which all cater to the Las Vegas real estate market. Established in June 09, UAC was created to help investors take advantage of the phenomenal returns being offered in the Las Vegas real estate market. We have currently purchased hundreds of homes on behalf of ourselves and investors utilizing the UAC trustee software that we’ve developed.
With the assistance of UAC, our company affiliate United Property Exchange (UPXOnline.com) successfully purchased and sold (flipped) numerous homes from 2008-2011. By utilizing the experience of both UPX and UAC we are able to offer a full-service opportunity to those looking to invest in real estate here in Las Vegas. This opportunity has created the UAC member base which ranges from first time investors to corporate investment groups.
